Plan Description

This is a 16 weeks plan to prepare for a gravel race. It was built in partnership with pro cyclist Julien Gagné. Part of the proceeds will help him finance his season. The first weeks are quite loaded with 2 high-intensity training per week, so ideally you’re already riding consistently before starting the plan. Total training volume ranges from 7 to 14 hours per week. Training sessions are prescribed based on power so you need a power meter to follow this plan.
