This Training program targets your ability to process and clear lactate while riding hard — crucial for repeated attacks, surges, and hard race moments. Expect over-unders, rolling threshold work, and controlled spikes above FTP.

No session Monday - Friday is longer than 2 hours and 4 hours on a weekend.
Maximal weekly volume is 15 Hours in Week 8.
