What is this plan?
This plan is designed for cyclists who want to work on their 'top end' and improve their VO2max or enjoy hard interval training. This is also good for cyclists who want to add more variety to their training.
Who is this plan for?
If you are a cyclist who is balancing training with work and family life this plan is for you. You should be able to cycle continuously for 3 hours before starting.
What’s included?
• 5-6 rides per week
• Structured for power, HR, power or RPE
• 1 recovery week to balance fatigue
• Shorter midweek rides
• Strength training plan (1x session/week).
