This 16-week beginner-friendly training plan is designed to guide you all the way to the start line with structure, confidence, and purpose. The focus is on building fitness progressively and sustainably, helping you arrive prepared for the physical and mental demands of a long day in the saddle.
Rather than rushing fitness or piling on intensity too early, the plan develops steadily with carefully placed recovery weeks and a focused two-week taper to help you arrive fresh and ready to ride.
