Plan Description

This 14 week plan is designed for the athlete who is targeting Rough Road 64K as one of their A events. The plan takes you right up to race day leaving nothing to question. The plan averages 8 hours a week with built in rest weeks. All workouts are based off the rider's FTP so it is imperative the rider have an accurate FTP for the plan to be accurate.
