Plan Description

This Strength Program is great for the athlete that doesn't want to incorporate BIG Squats or Deadlifts.

You will still get VERY strong and powerful with Unilateral Movements, like Bulgarian Split Squats and Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts.

There are 12 main sequences that you will follow, so this doesn't get boring, or overly complicated. You'll know exactly what to do with videos for every workout, and this will all become second nature.

All you need for this program is body weight to start, and then access to some dumbbells or kettlebells.
