TB Performance Lab – Dein ganzheitlicher Weg zu besserer Ausdauer, stabiler Leistung und smarter Trainingssteuerung.

Über TB Performance Lab


Das TB Performance Lab ist ein interdisziplinäres Leistungszentrum für ambitionierte Ausdauersportler:innen im Raum Hegau–Bodensee.
Unser Ansatz vereint Sportwissenschaft, Leistungsdiagnostik, Physiotherapie, Bike Fitting und Ernährungsoptimierung – alles unter einem Dach.

Wir arbeiten mit Profi-Athlet:innen und Teams, unter anderem dem Ghost Factory Racing Team, sowie zahlreichen ambitionierten Amateur- und Hobbysportlern.
Darüber hinaus sind wir im medizinischen Bereich tätig – mit Fokus auf Stoffwechseloptimierung, orthopädischer Anamnese und funktioneller Leistungsanalyse.

Planaufbau & Umfang



  • Gesamtdauer: 12 Wochen

  • Zyklus: 3 Wochen Training + 1 aktive Ruhewoche

  • In den letzten beiden Ruhewoche-Blöcken: Leistungstest zur Fortschrittskontrolle

  • Wöchentlicher Trainingsumfang: 9:00–12:30 Stunden

  • Strukturierte, wissenschaftlich fundierte Trainingswochen (GA, Sweet Spot, Schwelle, Kraft & Athletik)

  • Verpflegungs- und Ernährungsempfehlungen zu jeder Einheit
