This 3-week Peak & Taper plan is designed to fine-tune your form and help you perform at your best on race day. It’s the final phase in the Base–Build–Peak progression plans, reducing overall training volume while maintaining high-quality intensity to ensure freshness and confidence.
Training averages about 6.5 hours per week, focusing on short, high-intensity sessions, race simulation workouts, and active recovery rides. Light strength maintenance work supports mobility and stability without adding fatigue.
