Plan Description
Welcome to our 9-week fitness and strength maintenance plan.
This plan are for those athletes who have a reasonable level of fitness but don't have an immediate goal and want something that will tie them over until find the next race they want to do.
Its based on a 7-10 hour training week with all the weekly rides based on an indoor trainer.
We encourage indoor races during this time and you will see the description of the race you should be looking for on your favorite indoor app.
This plan also include some basic Strength and Conditioning workouts.
