Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas que buscan un programa completo y detallado con foco en la mejora del VO₂max. Durante 8 semanas de entrenamiento estructurado, tendrás no solo las sesiones clave de VO₂max, sino también entrenamientos de desarrollo aeróbico, rodajes de fondo y sprints, todo coordinado para maximizar tu rendimiento.
🔹 Duración semanal: entre 8 y 12 horas, equilibrando sesiones de alta intensidad con trabajo de base.
🔹 Objetivo: elevar tu VO₂max y al mismo tiempo mejorar la resistencia aeróbica, la capacidad de recuperación y la potencia en esfuerzos cortos.
