This 6-week structured training plan is designed for cyclists who want to build a strong anerobic engine, improve muscular endurance, all while fueling properly for each session.
You’ll develop the fitness to faster and recover faster and tune the engine for some racing. The plan balances some cycling endurance work, a lot of hard VO2 max, and nutrition guidance (carb targets for each ride type).

Beginner/Intermediate/master cyclists (training 4–7 hrs/week)
Riders with a power meter (zones included)
Athletes preparing for summer racing, fondos, or simply wanting to get/stay in good shape

Plan Structure:
Duration: 6 weeks
Weekly volume: ~4–7 hrs (progressive, with a recovery week)
Longer rides at the weekend
Recovery days and lighter weeks included to prevent burnout
