Plan Description

In this plan, we turn less into more. Enhancing your endurance base can be tricky when time-strapped; but that doesn't mean it's any less important! It can be tempting when we don't have much time to train, to go full-gas every time we sit on the saddle. However, by sometimes shifting our focus on to "easier" sessions we can also save a little energy to go even harder later on.

Included in this plan are gym/home strength sessions, we understand that you probably don't have much time to train so the choice is yours as to whether to include strength or not. They would contribute positively to your health and cycling but granted, there are only so many hours in a week, so whilst gym is recommended, the bike sessions provide enough stimulus on their own.
