Plan Description
Sé un ciclista más fuerte sin pisar el gimnasio.
Sí, se puede mejorar la fuerza mientras practicas tu deporte favorito: el ciclismo.
Con este plan de entramiento mejorarás la fuerza útil (La fuerza que eres capaz de aplicar en cada pedalada) encima de la bici.
Además te proporciona herramientas para poder hacer entrenamientos más variados y divertidos.
Más fuerza útil permite:
-Trabajar a requerimiento muscular menor y por tanto fatigarte menos.
-Provoca un aumento de los umbrales.
-Aumento o mantenimiento de la masa muscular.
-Prevención de lesiones.
Este plan de entrenamiento contiene sesiones estructuradas que puedes sincronizar con tu dispositivo Garmin o similar para guiarte a través de cada intervalo en tiempo real. Esto no es necesario, pero es una ayuda.
El plan incluye:
-2 sesiones/semana para mejorar la fuerza encima de la bici.
-1 sesión/semana para mejorar la explosividad neuromuscular en la bici.
-2 sesiones/semana de capacidad aeróbica.
-Recomendaciones para entrenar mejor en las sesiones INDOOR (RODILLO).
