Este Plan busca mejorar el rendimiento de forma integral, trabajando tanto la resistencia, velocidad y explosividad ideal para estar preparados para competencias, retos o querer mejorar tus marcas personales.
La secuencia nos funciona tanto para Ruta como Mtb, en caso de Mtb se recomienda los días de ritmos mas sostenidos hacer circuitos mas técnicos para trabajar la fluidez del manejo.
Este Plan esta en un rango de 8 a 12 horas semanales, con una distribución de la carga muy precisa para asimilar y mejorar todos los aspectos que en el ciclismo son requeridos para un optimo rendimiento.
