Plan Description

This plan takes you from start of off season, and a quick turn around into training again.

The first month block is aimed at getting body recovered, and then back up to speed with life and training.

The second month block is aimed at getting the aerobic system firing again. Here we have a good bit of base training to get us fit again.

The third month block is aimed at getting the anaerobic system flowing again. There will be intervals and base training during this time.

The goal is to get fit again, but not rush the process. To avoid a mid season blow up, lets ease into the season and get to gettin fast in month 3!

One extra week thrown in there at the end to help with tapering into your first races!
