Plan Description

Congrats! You have finished your season and are ready for some rest. This training plan is here to get you recovered and fresh again so we can start our next block of training.

What will this look like? The first two weeks will be rather slow going... but they are debatably more important than the rest of your base season. In this first two weeks we will focus on getting the system off the bike, but staying fit. We will build back strength in key areas of the body and keep the system flowing... just not always on a bike.

Weeks 3 and 4 we will still be focusing on strength, but will begin to start riding again.

This plan is aimed at those who have just finished their race/training season and are ready for some rest before we start the cycle again!
