Plan Description
This is a 8-week aerobic base builder focused on increasing your threshold. One of the best ways to shift your lactate curve to the right is by training below threshold. The plan consists of two four-week blocks with a three-week progression followed by a recovery week on the fourth weeks. Strength training is also included two days per week. This is a great plan to follow if you have been not making progress despite training hard, in the winter months after your off-season break, or anytime you are new to structured training to lay a foundation.
