🔹 Plan de 4 Semanas: Umbral y Torque
Este plan está diseñado para desarrollar resistencia a la fatiga en zonas altas de potencia (umbral funcional de potencia, FTP) y mejorar la fuerza específica en la bicicleta a través del trabajo de torque.

Durante las próximas 4 semanas, combinaremos sesiones estructuradas al umbral (con bloques de esfuerzos prolongados y controlados) con entrenamientos de baja cadencia y alta fuerza en rangos de potencia submáximos. Esta combinación estimulará adaptaciones musculares y cardiovasculares clave para mejorar tu rendimiento en esfuerzos sostenidos, como subidas largas o tramos de contrarreloj.

🔸 Objetivos principales:

Aumentar la capacidad de sostener potencias cercanas al FTP por más tiempo.

Mejorar la eficiencia del pedaleo en esfuerzos de baja cadencia.

Optimizar la fuerza aplicada al pedal, mejorando la economía del esfuerzo.

🔸 Estructura del plan:

2 a 3 sesiones clave por semana (umbral, torque y fondo/recuperación activa).

Progresión gradual en duración e intensidad de los bloques.

Semana 4 con carga reducida para asimilar el estímulo y facilitar la recuperación.

💡 Este bloque es ideal para ciclistas en fase de desarrollo base específica, antes de una etapa más intensa o competitiva.
