Plan Description

This plan is easy to follow and designed to help competitive cyclists prepare for gravel racing with distances of 50-200 miles. It includes increased volume and intensity over time with structured recovery weeks. Plan on three quality workouts per week with an average of 15 hours per week of ride time.

Interval days are best done in a place where you don't have to come to a stop, so find open areas to ride or use an indoor trainer. This plan will be taxing so get as much sleep as you can and take care of your nutrition and recovery techniques to get the most out of it. Once completed, you will be well prepared for your race.
