Plan Description

Customizable 12-week program designed for cyclists and runners. 2 workouts a week, plus a bonus recovery workout. Focus is improving power output, total body balance, stability, and injury prevention. Exercises change every four weeks, building the first three weeks with a lighter fourth week for the lower body sets.

The program can be adjusted to fit different training phases: Add an extra day a week for off-season or early base phase. Adjust Load/RPE/Sets/Reps for build or maintenance phase.

Workouts take approximately 25 minutes each. Equipment needed: DB/KB, box, band, bar, plates, foam roller, yoga mat.
