Plan Description

Eine gewisse Grundlage ist bereits vorhanden, auf die aufgebaut werden kann!
Hier ein Plan für das 24h-Rennen in Kelheim. 4 - 5 Einheiten pro Woche mit einer maximalen Wochenstundenzahl von 11:00h.
In den ersten beiden Blöcken wird die VO2max gesteigert, und anschließend die Laktatbildungsrate gesenkt. Rennspezifisch werden Einheiten mit schnellen Antritten gefolgt von konstant hohem Leistungsoutput unterhalb der Schwelle eingesetzt.
Das Krafttraining technisch sauber durchführen. Es dient als Verletzungsprophylaxe, zur Mobilisation (range of motion) und somit auch zur Leistungssteigerung!
Die Einheiten können Indoor sowie Outdoor gefahren werden.
Hört bitte immer in euch, ob die Einheiten umsetzbar sind.
Dieser Plan ist auf den Idealfall ausgelegt, dass wenig bis keine zusätzlichen Stressoren wie Arbeit oder soziale Verpflichtungen, etc. vorhanden sind.
