Plan Description
Hier ein Plan für das 24h-Rennen in Kelheim. 3 - 4 Einheiten pro Woche mit einer maximalen Wochenstundenzahl von 8:35h. Das Volumen wird sukzessive aufgebaut um eine Überbelastung zu vermeiden. Idee ist, die VO2max zu steigern ohne die Laktatbildungsrate zu erhöhen und diese in den letzten zwei Wochen dann zu senken.
Die Einheiten können Indoor sowie Outdoor gefahren werden.
Das Krafttraining technisch sauber durchführen. Es dient als Verletzungsprophylaxe, zur Mobilisation (range of motion) und somit auch zur Leistungssteigerung!
Hört bitte immer in euch, ob die Einheiten umsetzbar sind. Dieser Plan ist auf den Idealfall ausgelegt, dass wenig bis keine zusätzlichen Stressoren wie Arbeit oder soziale Verpflichtungen, etc. vorhanden sind.
