Plan Description
This is a ten week FTP builder and race prep plan. The first four weeks will get you in the swing of things by getting you used to the base miles we will be riding while also adding the building blocks of the interval training. Then we will prepare you with a mix of intervals to build your base while pushing you into new FTP zones. As we push deeper into the plan expect to do FTP tests in week four and eight with the plan that all the hard work with the specific intervals will bridge your FTP up to higher levels. As we enter the last two weeks of the plan, we will be preparing for a two to four hour event in week ten. I hope you enjoy and get some great gains from this program.
