Plan Description
This is an six week FTP and base builder plan. The first three weeks will get you in the swing of things by getting you used to the base miles we will be riding and the intensity workouts we will be using in the weeks to come. Then as we get used to the base and the interval workouts we will start adding more hours and TSS and preparing you with intervals to build your base while pushing you into new FTP zones. As we push deeper into the plan expect to do an FTP tests in week three and six, with the plan that all the hard work with the specific intervals will bridge your FTP up to higher levels. I hope you enjoy and get some great gains from this program.
