Plan Description

This is a sixteen week FTP builder and race prep plan. The first four weeks will get you in the swing of things by getting you used to the base miles we will be riding while also adding in some tastes of the intensity workouts we will be adding in the weeks to come. Then as we get used to the base and the interval workouts we will start adding more hours and TSS to the plan as well as preparing you with intervals to build your base while pushing you into new FTP zones. As we push deeper into the plan expect to do FTP tests in week eight and twelve with the plan that all the hard work with the specific intervals will bridge your FTP up to higher levels. As we enter the last four weeks of the plan we are preparing for a two to four hour event and the weeks will add some volume as well as intensity to prepare for the race.
