Plan Description

Dieser 13-wöchige Trainingsplan ist speziell für Ultracycling- und Bikepacking-Athlet:innen konzipiert, die sich auf ein Event im Winter (etwa das Atlas Mountain Race) vorbereiten möchten. Der Plan ist „race-proven“ und basiert auf einem erfolgreichen Beispiel aus meinem Coaching-Alltag (Athlet, midpack Finish beim AMR).


Highlights des Plans:


- Einstieg in strukturiertes Training: Ideal für Athlet:innen ohne vorherige Erfahrung mit Trainingsplänen.
- Kombinierte Trainingsreize: Fokus auf K3-Intervalle, Schwellentraining und VO2max-Einheiten.
- speziell für die kalten Monate: Fokus auf VO2max Training und geringere Trainingsvolumen, perfekt geeignet um viele Einheiten Indoor zu absolvieren
- Challenges: gezielt und strategisch eingebaute long rides, um dennoch die nötige Grundlagenfitness bis zum Event zu haben. Dauer der einzelnen long rides aber so, dass sie auch bei kalten Witterungsbedingungen noch gut absolviert werden können.
- Erholungsphasen: Gezielte Ruhewochen zur Vermeidung von Übertraining.


Für wen ist der Plan geeignet?

- Radfahrer:innen mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung und einer soliden Grundlagenausdauer.
- Athlet:innen, die bereits ohne größere Probleme 200km pro Tag fahren können
- Pulsmesser und Wattmesser (Indoor) vorhanden, Wattmesser Outdoor nicht erforderlich


Hinweise:

- Leistungszonen (Watt/Puls) werden in der ersten Woche mit einem CTS-Field Test bestimmt (im Plan enthalten).
- Pulsmesser erforderlich, Wattmesser nur Indoor erforderlich (Powermeter am Rad nicht benötigt)
