Plan Description

Piano di allenamento per il periodo pre agonistico, quindi ideale da inserire nella seconda parte della preparazione invernale, in ottica avvicinamento alle prime gare della stagione. Ideale da iniziare dopo aver completato uno dei programmi messi a disposizione "8 SETTIMANE INIZIO PERIODO BASE". Prevede 4 allenamenti a settimana impostati per essere eseguiti principalmente indoor, 3 infrasettimanali + 1 nel weekend. La durata e i giorni delle sedute sono adattabili in base al tempo a disposizione di ciascuno, l'importante è cercare di rispettare quanto possibile le tempistiche e le intensità dei lavori specifici proposti.
Focus sugli stimoli neuromuscolari e di soglia nella prima parte, per poi crescere e dedicarsi a V'o2max con lavori intermittenti e miglioramento della Gross Efficiency con lavori ad alto torque.
E' necessario l'utilizzo di un power meter per gestire con maggiore precisione le intensità.
