Weekly Oxidative Training Plan for Cycling tailored to your max heart rate (200 bpm) and functional threshold power (FTP) of 250 watts.

An oxidation cycling plan focuses on improving your body's ability to use oxygen efficiently to generate energy through the oxidative energy system. This system is the primary source of energy for prolonged, low to moderate-intensity activities. In cycling, this means working to enhance aerobic endurance, fat metabolism, and cardiovascular efficiency.
