Plan Description
Entrenamiento de Base de 8 semanas para ciclistas nivel avanzado (14/20h semana) por potencia
◉ Este plan esta pensado para ciclistas, tanto de ruta como de MTB avanzados, que ya tienen una buena preparacion y vienen de un breve paron para desconectar y necesitan una base corta por motivos de calendario.
◉ Consiste en 8 semanas donde trabajamos tanto las zonas aerobicas ( Z2-Z3) como la fuerza en gimnasio, importantisima durante toda la temporada pero aun mas en el periodo base
◉ Los dias de descanso estan colocados en lunes para aprovechar que los fines de semana tenemos mayor disponibilidad pero se puede variar el dia de descanso dependiendo de las circunstancias de cada uno
◉ Se realizan un test FTP y de VO2max la primera semana para poder establecer las zonas de trabajo y seria interesante repetirlos al finalizar las 8 semanas para comprobar la mejora
◉ Los entrenamientos de recovery estan marcados como rodillo pero se pueden realizar en la calle perfectamente
◉ En la semana 4 metemos una semana de asimilacion de la carga
