Plan Description
This trainingplan is for everyone who has a very limited time budget. 12 weeks with a maximum of 6 hours to get your fitnesslevel as high as possilbe with the small timeframe.
Start your season right and give your base phase a structure to get the most out of the early phase of the season.
I've added one running session per week to get the most out of the limited time we have. A big addition is that every session is planed, that you can move it in the week like you want. As long as you don't mix the order, you can combine every training with or without a restday in between.
