Plan Description

Piano di allenamento per l'inizio del periodo base o della preparazione invernale in vista della stagione successiva. Ideale da iniziare dopo un classico periodo di transizione o di off-season al termine di una stagione agonistica. Prevede 5/6 allenamenti a settimana impostati per essere eseguiti outdoor, 3/4 infrasettimanali + 2 nel weekend. La durata e i giorni delle sedute sono adattabili in base al tempo a disposizione di ciascuno, l'importante è cercare di rispettare quanto possibile le tempistiche e le intensità dei lavori specifici proposti.
Focus sugli stimoli aerobici ma dando comunque importanza anche agli adattamenti neuromuscolari.
E' necessario l'utilizzo di un power meter per gestire con maggiore precisione le intensità.
