This plan is specifically made for Mallorca 312 (225km and 312km editions)

I'm a professional cycling and triathlon coach based in Mallorca since 2011. I know the challenge perfectly well and I have helped a lot of athletes finishing all distances.

The hours in the plan are flexible. I've added rating points for all sessions to help you prioritise when you don't have time to do it all.
