Plan Description
This plan is the exact plan I will be doing to introduce myself back into gym training after a break. I will be starting the as straight away into my off season.
This plan is progressive and includes all the main lift patterns and plyometrics to get you off to the best start of your 2025 prep. No stone left unturned.
What to expect-
-Two full body gym sessions per week
-Progressive training over the 4 weeks
-Intro to plyometric work by the end of the block
-Structure through every session
-No wasted time or lengthy sessions, we make the most of the time we have
-Movements that include strength, mobility and stability in one to cover all bases where cyclists are usually weak
