Plan Description
Welcome to this training plan focusing on building maximal capacity but over a longer period of time. The main goal is increasing our durability, the ability to sustain a high intensity over a longer period of time. This plan builds on the principle of 1 longer interval set with LT2 and Vo2max intensity combined, and one pure VO2max sessions. Both sessions will push you ability to keep working in both total duration but also the intervals, as they are quite long. A perfect opportunity to push your body and your mind on the path seeking better ability to work at your max for a longer period of time.
