✅ Descripción: Programa de 12 semanas de entrenamiento de fuerza enfocado para ciclistas con 1 año de experiencia en el entrenamiento de gimnasio, u un nivel de entrenamiento en bicicleta intermedio o superior.

📘 Detalles: ejercicios con un grado de dificultad media, con indicaciones de intensidad que no requieren de cálculos o test en gimnasio para poder completarlos. Los ejercicios están basados en la literatura científica para mejorar la capacidad neuromuscular del ciclista en 2 sesiones/semana.
