Plan Description

This plan includes follow along workouts for the following tests:

Joe Friel's Half Hour Functional Threshold Power Test - this will help you identify both your Functional Threshold Power and your Lactate Threshold Heart Rate.

5 Min Max Power Test - This will help you identify your Power at VO2Max. There are also some max power sprints in the warm up to the test which will help update your PMax Values on a Power Duration Curve.

Once populated in your plan you can move them to a time and date that suits you if you wish.
