Si acabas de comprar un potenciómetro y no sabes ni por dónde empezar tengo la solución para ti.
En esta semana te he puesto 3 test básicos para evaluar tu rendimiento en ciclismo.
Una vez terminados tendrás referencias para entrenar tanto a baja como a alta intensidad y te permitirá establecer tus zonas de entrenamiento de manera ajustada.
He elegido los dos test clásicos de Andrew y Coggan que aparecen en su libro "Training and Racing with a power meter" para evaluar la potencia.
Sé que hay algo de debate sobre la precisión o adecuación de estos test aunque hay que reconocer que, hoy día, son los protocolos más prácticos y comprensibles para el ciclista promedio.
Por otra parte, te he incluido un test muy interesante para determinar tu frecuencia cardíaca máxima.
Si me sigues en redes sociales sabrás que soy un gran defensor del entrenamiento por pulsaciones ya que creo que es el complemento perfecto a la potencia.
