Real One Hour Power! Making You Unstoppable!

More Power, Longer Duration




This plan is designed for the cyclist training to improve their Zone 4 fitness and add watts to their FTP. The goal of this plan is to develop longer duration at FTP resulting in accurately representing your 'One Hour Power'.



This is a 4 week plan. Use this training plan to build FTP to a new personal best or reinforce your already strong FTP. Plan can be repeated 2 or 3 times to make it a 8 or 12 week plan focused on a rock solid FTP. This plan has indoor workouts on weekdays and longer workouts for the weekend days, indoor or outdoor weather permitting.
