Plan Description

The eight-week Extensive ITT plan is designed to establish a solid foundation for your reaching your highest Time Trial fitness ceiling. This program aims to broaden and deepen your fitness. By expanding your fitness capacity, we prepare your body to respond optimally to the ITT Intensive program.

If you have more time to train, the best approach is to increase the amount of zone 2 riding.
