Plan Description
Dieser 12 wöchige Trainingsplan ist geeignet für dich, wenn du dir bereits eine solide Grundlage aufgebaut hast und deine aerobe Leistungsfähigkeit und deine anaerobe Schwelle nun weiter verbessern möchtest.
Der zeitliche Trainingsumfang pro Woche beträgt zwischen 7 und 8 Stunden verteilt auf 5 Einheiten. Die strukturierten Einheiten sind wattgesteuert und für das Indoortraining auf einem Smart Trainer oder Rollentrainer optimiert. Selbstvesrtändlich können alle oder einzelne Einheiten aber auch draussen absolviert werden. Du benötigst lediglich eine Wattmessung an deinem Rad.
