Plan Description
Plan de entrenamiento específico para ciclistas para la mejora de la fuerza. El programa está diseñado con los últimos avances en entrenamiento de fuerza para deportistas de resistencia llamado Velocity Based Training (VBT).
PUNTOS CLAVE DEL PROGRAMA:
👉 Entrenamientos de fuerza con una duración de unos 30'-35' con ejercicios fáciles, aplicables al ciclismo y sin carga residual que te permita entrenar al día siguiente en tu bicicleta.
👉 Entrenamientos de fuerza sobre la bici tanto de Sprint repetidos como de Torque, que te ayudarán a mejorar no sólo tu resistencia si no también tu VO2max.
ESTRUCTURA:
📆 6 semanas de duración
📈 2 semanas de adaptación + 2 semanas de desarrollo + 2 semanas de aplicación
🏋🏻 2 sesiones semanales de fuerza en casa o gimnasio + 2 de fuerza en bici 🚴🏼
🔍 Evaluación del rendimiento al inicio y final del programa para ver el progreso
