Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas experimentados que buscan un enfoque avanzado para maximizar su FTP, resistencia y capacidad de mantener altos niveles de potencia en esfuerzos prolongados.

✅ Semana 1: Evaluación del FTP y Definición de Zonas
Antes de empezar, realizarás una semana de valoración para determinar tu FTP y establecer tus zonas de entrenamiento.
✅ 8 Semanas de Entrenamiento Estructurado
5-6 sesiones semanales con mayor carga de trabajo.
Duración progresiva: Entre 9 y 12 horas semanales, con entrenamientos más largos y exigentes.
Trabajo específico: Sweet Spot extendido, esfuerzos a umbral, VO2máx y trabajos de tolerancia a la fatiga.
