Plan Description
The focus of this program will be on endurance, building the athlete steadily to over the course of 4 weeks. It is ideal for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to have more structured training and getting fit.
It is a relaxed start that will build up steadily, perfect for a beginner to intermediate athlete. Training during the weekdays is around 1hr, perfect for the time constraint athletes. You are welcome to do Group rides over the weekend but follow the prescribed intensity.
You are welcome to do some longer rides during the week but keep in mind to not do too much too soon.
There will be no feedback from a coach for this program but it is optional on request (at cost)
You will need either a Power meter or heart rate monitor for this program and an Indoor/Smart trainer is a bonus.
