This is a 12 week program for riders training for a specific race/period. Mostly for riders that just want to finish a race comfortably so most of the sessions are tempo/power/torque focused to be able to handle any race of up to 5hrs. The program is on RPE so athletes don't need heart rate or a powermeter , cadence sensor will help for the Torque efforts.

From 2007 to 2019, Jaco was a professional road cyclist, predominantly abroad, racing on the UCI World Tour circuit for Team Dimension Data and, before that, Team MTN Qhubeka.
Jaco has raced all three Grand Tours and all five Monuments and was crowned the South African Elite men’s road race champion in 2016. Now retired from international cycling, Jaco has turned his attention to MTB and giving back to the sport that has brought him fulfilment throughout his career.
