Plan Description
Welcome to the Base Plan - 10h - Level: Beginner đź“• - 12 Weeks!
In these 12 weeks, you will be bombarded with a variety of training sessions from the SCYENCE Community that you may already be familiar with from various videos on the channel or weekly group rides.
Whether it's Rønnestad, Seiler, or Bossi, they all come together here!
Each session is accompanied by some hints regarding effectiveness, nutrition, and control. Occasionally, you will also find SCYENCE tips to facilitate the implementation of the session.
You should only embark on this 12-week plan if you have already completed a certain level of intensity and volume.
If you are still relatively inexperienced or coming back from a longer break, we recommend starting with the SCYENCE Access Plan first. It serves as the gateway to the Base Plan.
The 12-week Base Plan is a prerequisite for the Specialist Plans.
