Plan Description

This plan is a 6 week strength builder plan working on boosting your on bike power over longer efforts. The plan is made up of mostly longer interval style workouts in the weekdays and Saturday and an endurance session on Sunday. The interval style sessions are all aimed at attacking a slightly different aspect of on bike strength to allow you to make the biggest improvements in the 6 weeks.
