Plan Description
This Training Plan is designed for those of us who has limited time and want to get fitter.
A short week will be around 5 hours and the longest week 10 hours with the average around 8 hours of training.
The focus of this 16-week training plan is aerobic fitness and we progress smoothly from a Tempo block, through a Sweetspot block to a Threshold block and then we have fun with a block of intervals where we mix things up.
Weekends are for the weekly training volume and this plan offers some flexibility on how you do this.
All intervals were designed for a smart indoor trainer and you would need a quality heart rate monitor as well.
