Plan Description
Crush those "TT" events!
This plan is geared for the Gravel Bike or Mountain Bike athlete that is looking to hone their TT skills with a short, mock mini Camp structure. Face the facts; a gravel or mtb race is a fast start followed by a long, usually solo TT effort. After the 'Camp' I have included two weeks of workouts designed to sharpen overall fitness and re-hone the TT work you just completed.
This is a 10 day TT "Camp' plus 2 bonus weeks post Camp. Calendar covers 5 weeks total. Week 1 is a few days of rest, then a 'Test' workout on Day 6. The actual Camp starts on Week 2. So schedule and plan accordingly.
