Plan Description

El plan está diseñado para hacer una base sólida que te permita preparar cualquier evento al que te vayas a enfrentar en el futuro.

Incluye la planificación de entrenamiento de fuerza tanto en la bici como en el gimnasio o casa, donde prefieras ya que se adapta a los dos sitios.

Nos hará mejorar lo que tradicionalmente se conoce como "base aeróbica". Es un tipo de entrenamiento que se caracteriza por su baja y media intensidad. Es un tipo de entrenamiento que nos sirve como preparación para otras fases más intensas de la temporada.

Está planteado para hacerse 100% outdoor. Cada semana hay 5 días de entrenamiento

En la primera semana se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el FTP y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas. Este test se repite en la ultima semana semana puesto que probablemente si se sigue el plan tu umbral habrá mejorado.
