Der Base Double Threshold ist die nächste Herausforderung für dein Training!
Wichtig: Diesen Base Plan solltest du erst angehen, wenn du dich schon auf einem etwaigen Fitnesslevel befindest.
Die Wochen werden nicht easy! Aber keine Sorge - gemeinsam schaffen wir das!
Was kommt auf mich zu?
Der Double Threshold Ansatz sieht vor, dass du hier je 2 Tage mit 2 x SwSp Intervallen einbaust.
Diese Tage werden der Dienstag und der Samstag sein.
Stelle dich darauf ein, dass du es hinbekommen solltest am Dienstag / alternativ auch Mittwoch morgen eine ca. 1h lange Einheit zu fahren und abends dann auch nochmal ran mussr
Für wen?
Dieser Plan ist absolut geeignet, die sich im Allgemeinen auf Wettkämpfe vorbereiten, die eine etwaige Dauerleistung benötigen: Triathlon, TT Spezialisten, Radmarathon Bezwinger und so weiter
